Return Shipping Instructions
You can send your purchase back to us, at your expense. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process your return according to our policy.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

RETURNS FOR ITEMS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT REQUIRE YOUR COOPERATION WITH POSTAL AUTHORITIES OR DELIVERY COMPANIES WHEN WE SUBMIT A CLAIM FOR THOSE DAMAGES. RETURNS FOR ANY OTHER REASON SUCH AS BUYERS REMORSE, LOCATING A CHEAPER ITEM, PURCHASED WRONG SIZE, DO NOT LIKE THE COLOR OR ANY SIMILAR REASON WILL INCUR AN AUTOMATIC 20% RESTOCKING FEE. WE DO NOT REFUND SHIPPING OR RETURN SHIPPING UNLESS SAID CHARGES ARE INDEMNIFIED BY THE ORIGINAL CARRIER TO US. ALL ITEMS TO BE RETURNED MUST HAVE OUR PRIOR APPROVAL AND MUST BE RECEIVED BY US IN THE SAME CONDITION AS WHEN IT WAS SHIPPED, PRIOR TO OUR ISSUING A REFUND OR SENDING YOU A REPLACEMENT ITEM. ANY ITEM RETURNED AS DAMAGED MUST INCLUDE ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING TO SUBSTANTIATE OUR CLAIM FOR THOSE DAMAGES WITH OUR SHIPPER OF CHOICE. ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT TO THE ADDRESS PROVIDED TO YOU BY US AND MUST INCLUDE FULL TRACKING INFORMATION FROM THE TIME THE ITEM IS SENT TO US UNTIL THE TIME THE ITEM IS RECEIVED AT OUR OFFICE. PLEASE ALLOW FIVE BUSINESS DAYS AFTER OUR RECEIPT OF THE RETURNED ITEM TO RECEIVE YOUR REFUND VIA PAYPAL. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE WILL NEVER GUARANTY AUTHENTICATION BY ANY AUTHENTICATOR OTHER THAN THE ONE THAT ISSUED THE CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY RECEIVED WITH YOUR ITEM. ANY ATTEMPT TO “CROSS-AUTHENTICATE” ONE OF OUR ITEMS IMMEDIATELY VOIDS ALL WARRANTIES AND RIGHTS OF RETURN.
